In 2 weeks I purchased 2 new vehilesin Five years ago I made my first purchase at Kelly Volkswagen, I purchased a 2015 Golf. My salesman was George Sousa. I cannot express how well that Geo Five years ago I made my first purchase at Kelly Volkswagen, I purchased a 2015 Golf. My salesman was George Sousa. I cannot express how well that George treated me. He blew me away by actually remembering that I was a customer at his former dealership. He remembered what I had purchased and even knew that my son had made a purchase. He then was able to help my daughter to last 2 Tiguans. Every time I came in for service George always made it a point to see how mysel& and my family were. When up I decided I wanted to purchase a 2020 Golf GTI I called George and he made I happen with no pressure. In fact my wife and I went back to discuss a 2020 Jetta for her, again George made it happen with no pressure. He an Barry Gagne were two outstanding people to work with. Barry made the paperwork seem so easy and he did everything to try to accommodate my wife and I. I would not hesitate to sing the praises of these two men! More

5 Years of Kelly Service - Always Great. I've purchased 4 VW's from Kelly since they opened their dealership 7 or 8(?) years ago, formerly at their old location and now at their shiny new gla I've purchased 4 VW's from Kelly since they opened their dealership 7 or 8(?) years ago, formerly at their old location and now at their shiny new glass and stainless location on route 114. It's always been a good service experience, whenever problems occur (these are cars after all) they are dealt with promptly and professionally. Communication from service is unlike any I have experienced - thorough and complete. Rachel DaSilva is a consummate professional, always brings her A-game. This is not just a fanboy tossing bouquets, I am an extremely fussy customer particularly when it involves my car. Kelly steps up and has earned my loyalty...they will sell me a 5th VW. More

Courteous and professional Purchased a new vehicle last year which went well. Last visit was for my second oil change and 20k routine maintenance. Rated 4 🌟 because of the nearly 1.5 hour wait and oil finger prints on the hood and door (inside and outside). I'd like to see more attention to detail and respect for the paint. More

Frustrated with continued leak "fix" I purchased a new 2018 Golf Sportwagen SE TSI last August. I have had an issue with a leak from my back trunk/hatch. My first leak (which was major) I purchased a new 2018 Golf Sportwagen SE TSI last August. I have had an issue with a leak from my back trunk/hatch. My first leak (which was major) was in April and was supposedly fixed. It wasn't even a month later that I had another leak again from the trunk/hatch door. Again, it was fixed. A week later, yup! ANOTHER leak. It has been over a week now at the dealership and I have no idea what the status is. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Greater Lawrence Community Action Council and Volkswagen Group of America. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and opened a claim with Volkswagen of America. While Nick & Rachel have been courteous and tried to help, I am beyond frustrated that the manager, Said, of Kelley Volkswagen- he has not contacted me in over a week. I did speak with a supervisor at Volkswagen of America, Ken Swaintek, and received no help from him as well. I am beyond frustrated with this situation, and have little confidence that my issue will be resolved judging on the information on sunroof leak issues that Volkswagen has had. (According to Mr. Saintek, that is what has resulted in my back leak). I am not sure of where I am heading now. I am discouraged and leery f if my car will ever be completely fixed. One thing I do know is that, as much as I love my car, I am pretty darn sure I would NEVER purchase another from Volkswagen. One upset, discouraged and frustrated customer. More
