Complete loss of trust almost lost over 1k to what I believe is fraudulent work recommendations. An update as of August 23, 2025 I was contacted by Ford of Temecula‘s supervisor/manager who is a female I won’t disclose her name who was very prompt and provided the service needed and expected from Ford. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. She understood my concerns and handled them immediately. she was a direct reflection of what any business should exemplify. I wish every business and car dealership had a replica of her representing them in their service department and customer service as an example of how things should be done so I say thank you again for correcting my issue and also helping me positively and with understanding, great job Ford this woman is a key asset for you and you should do whatever it takes to keep her on board. I honestly would’ve never come back and would’ve paid to deal with private party maintenance if it wasn’t for her, thank you again. More

He took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares that you're taken care of, and Joseph made that very clear. Kristy McDonald at the cashier desk was just as impressive—warm, efficient, and quick with a smile. I would not bring my vehicle here for service unless you plan to be without your car for months. Brought my car in for service and after diagnosis, the team learned the my vehicle was under warranty and it plan to be without your car for months. Brought my car in for service and after diagnosis, the team learned the my vehicle was under warranty and it took over 2 months for them to do the repair. Every time I called to check in I received a voicemail with no call back until the next day, sometimes multiple days later. We were told multiple times we were better off taking our vehicle to the original dealer where the car was purchased… it’s a ford warranty and this is a ford dealer so I’m not sure why they would even tell us to take it elsewhere. Every week was a new excuse as to why work was not competed, missing paperwork, sick staff, no space in the bay, etc. Eventually we asked to speak with the manager and we were told to come in at 8 am to see her. We came exactly at 8am with our 4 month old baby and she did not come out of her office to meet with us. If a zero star was an option this dealers service department would receive it. How their service department has a 4.9 star rating is beyond me More
