The worst experience ever./La peor experiencia! My husband and I went for a new CR-V LX, at the end of the business Saturday 8:30 pm they were going to give us a car that had a damage in the back. I My husband and I went for a new CR-V LX, at the end of the business Saturday 8:30 pm they were going to give us a car that had a damage in the back. If it wasn't because we checked it well, we would have gotten out of there with a damaged car. With the documents already signed and everything, we were told to return on Monday to sign and pick up another vehicle that they promised in replacement of the one that had the damage. My husband called in the morning to confirm that we would go at 1 pm as soon as I left my job and was told that was fine.  But what a surprise! On our way to the dealer we received a phone call from Mr. Nike, a manager that we didn't know before to let us know that the car had been sold and that they could only give us another one in a color that was not what we negotiated. From the beginning to the end, pure dwarf because the price was raised much more than what was spoken on Friday. But after 5 hours of dealing with that, one ends by saying yes at the price. Watch out. NOTHING HONEST. Mr. Nike, you know that this is a lack of respect and honesty, having a signed contract and selling the same car to someone else. Mi esposo y yo fuimos por un CR-V LX nuevo, al final del negocio sabado 8:30 pm ellos nos hiban a dar un carro que tenia un dano en la parte de atras. Si no es porque lo revisamos bien, hubieramos salido de alli con un carro danado. Con los documentos ya firmados y todo, se nos dijo que regresaramos el lunes para firmar y recoger otro vehiculo que prometieron en reemplazo del que tenia el dano. Mi esposo llamo en la manana para confirmar que iriamos a la 1 pm tan pronto yo saliera de mi trabajo y le fue dicho que eso estaba bien. Pero vaya sorpresa! en nuestro camino al deler recibimos una llamada telefonica de Sr. Nike, un manager que no conocimos antes a dejarnos saber que el carro habia sido vendido y que solo nos podian dar otro en un color que no era lo que nosostros negociamos. Desde el principio y hasta el final, puro engano pues el precio fue elevado muchisimo mas de lo que se hablo el Vierne. Pero despues de 5 horas de lidiar con eso, termina uno diciendo si al precio. Cuidado. NADA HONESTOS. Senor Nike, usted sabe que eso es falta de repeto y honestidad, tener un contrato firmado y vender el mismo carro a otra persona. More
