Salesperson Dom Damato was friendly, helpful, honest, a genuinely nice man. We went back to a car we’d rejected in large part because of him. Branch manager Adam was likewise very helpful & friendly. This was by far the most tedious car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process took approximately 3 hours, 50 minutes. At age 71, I have purchased a reasonable number of cars both new and used b have ever had. The entire process took approximately 3 hours, 50 minutes. At age 71, I have purchased a reasonable number of cars both new and used but have never had an experience like this. I don’t whether it was a staffing issue or what. What I do know is that, if I had the flexibility to leave to go to another dealership, I would have. I am curious to see how their service department does. More
