I am very disappointed in this Toyota Dealership. I specifically informed the salesperson that I cannot go over my budget and that I was looking for a specific vehicle. I was told to come in and that I specifically informed the salesperson that I cannot go over my budget and that I was looking for a specific vehicle. I was told to come in and that they would work with me. Not only did they not have the car, but was loud on my personal finance. Then they tried to sell me a different car. I asked them for a virtual apt but declined. I drove 2 hours there because they reassured me that they would take care of me but I also had to drive 2 hours back. More

The dealership arranged the creation of an order of my specifications (color, etc) and obtaining it from the manufacturer car due COVID-19 pandemic.
