What a pleasant experience that converted me to a Subaru fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic B fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic BUY NOW type atmosphere. But Ralph was so welcoming. He really cares about the Solterra and Subaru in general. He showed me all the bells and whistles of the car and laid out six different pricing options, showing me the best deals they could currently offer depending on leasing or buying, and giving me time to think it over with my husband. I felt legitimately helped rather than taken advantage of. The actual signing forms financial part was smooth with very cool digital forms saved on a USB. And even though the dealership already had my money, they still gave me goodie bags, advice on the car, and just an overall good feeling about Subaru. I walked into the dealership by myself skeptical if I even wanted a Subaru, I walked out with a car I love and a Subaru fan for life given the dealership experience. More

Having had the most consistent professional service experiences at the Subaru of Kennesaw Service Center, I was certain I didn't want to give that up when it was time to upgrade my 2015 Forester. I actually went to purchase a certified pre-owned Forester, but changed my mind once Ralph showed me how I could get exactly what I wanted in a brand new Forester for not much more per month.
