Spence Cassidy met me and called me by name when I arrived. He was well versed on the issue so I did not have to explain anything. Spence also remembered that I had a conference call and directed me arrived. He was well versed on the issue so I did not have to explain anything. Spence also remembered that I had a conference call and directed me to a room with all of the features needed to connect / conduct a call. He also advised that coffee was available and showed me where the ladies room was located. Since I was on a call, he advised he would provide a thumbs up once they determined the issue and would text me when the work was done. ALL occurred as he communicated and I was out PRIOR to the anticipated completion of work. 100% Service and satisfaction. AND they washed and vacuumed my vehicle which saved me an additional stop!!! Spence for the WIN :-) More

I bought a new QX50 here. This dealership really makes you feel special, and they should, because these are special cars. I knew what I wanted on paper before coming in, but I had never driven the car. you feel special, and they should, because these are special cars.
