I've been coming here since 2016 with fantastic service. Yesterday, nobody could seem to tell me the status of my car (general service). The person on the phone couldn't find my service rep. A manager refus Yesterday, nobody could seem to tell me the status of my car (general service). The person on the phone couldn't find my service rep. A manager refused to get on the phone with me. This was an hour before they closed and my second phone call to them. I showed up, my rep was there, showed accountability and apologized for dropping the ball with me, and made it right. A manager helped to find my paperwork and apply a discount but never acknowledged me. That was unimpressive. More
