Ray was a pleasure to work with. He did not pressure us to buy and the experience with was great. However, the sales manager threw an extra $8300.00 on the price for accessories. We were able to haggle with him and he gave us more for our trade-in car and lowered the price for accessories. In the end, we agreed on the total price and purchased the vehicle. I don't remember the finance guy's name, but he was pushing us to purchase an extended warranty and when we did not, he seemed upset. He must get a commission on the sale of the warranty. Sorry, but our vehicle still had 4 years left on the current warranty. Would I go back and purchase another vehicle here? Yes, because of Ray and the fact that they would work with us. More
