Best dealership regardless of brand. A while back I was introduced to Falmouth Toyota while having my wife's (before we were married) Camry serviced. I was very impressed with the attention to detail by the service department, and found everyone to be very helpful and friendly, everyone. Fast forward a few years and a marriage. I decided to by a new car (2013 Avalon Limited Hybrid) and the salesman I worked with was not only helpful and willing to go through the gyrations of my trying to decided between Prius, Camry, and Avalon, but was genuine and informative on both good and bad of the choices. In fact he though I should by the Camry hybrid, but I wanted a 'little' better for my wife's car, so I bought the Avalon. The service we received after the purchase was the best service experience I have ever had, and was simply a continuation of what I had already received with the earlier car. We went back and leased a 2015 Tacoma, which has been nearly the same experience as the Avalon. This is not your standard dealership, it is well run with a great staff on all sides of the coin. They have won me as a customer, and we will continue to look to Falmouth Toyota for future vehicles and service. More

Best Purchase Experience Ever!! This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Ken Collings, and the 3rd new vehicle purchased at Falmouth Toyota. I have purchase many new vehicles during This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Ken Collings, and the 3rd new vehicle purchased at Falmouth Toyota. I have purchase many new vehicles during my driving years, and by far, Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings made the transaction a truly wonderful experience. I have never gotten the new car shuffle or financing run around, I have always been treated with respect. As a women I have experienced times in dealerships where I was made to feel inferior, but not here. I go back to Falmouth Toyota for my routine maintenance as well. Try them out, you won't be sorry. So far so good I have just completed the purchase of a new Tacoma. This was my first experience at this dealership. I was pleased at the way Nick handled the trans I have just completed the purchase of a new Tacoma. This was my first experience at this dealership. I was pleased at the way Nick handled the transaction and follow through. There was no hard sell. Ray was helpful to both of us in locating a model and trim level I wanted. I had done a lot of background research on models and pricing and wasn't trying to get some super deal just a fair price. The final cost with extras was right on the Edmunds comparable price. At pick up, Nick had all the work done and the process was smooth, quick and without surprises. If the service department works as well as the sales department I will be a happy customer. More

From the time I entered the dealership I felt as if I had reconnected with old friends. From the young lady cleaning the snow in the lot to the persons inside the show room I was greeted warmly. I felt absolutely no pressure to close any sort of deal at any time. This is exactly why I chose this dealership. Finally, when they presented an offer and financing I couldn't say no. Not once did I hear the words "let me talk to my manager". Coby was easy to work with and I would recommend him any time. The same with Ray. Amy explained everything carefully and completely. There were no surprises at any time. More

As far as car dealerships go Falmouth Toyota is not bad. I don't particularly like dealing with sales people in general but this wasn't too painful. Mark Faria was my initial salesman, it was evident early I don't particularly like dealing with sales people in general but this wasn't too painful. Mark Faria was my initial salesman, it was evident early on that he was very new to the job but he was pleasant enough, not pushy at all which was a big plus for me. He was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted but that was fine, I had done my research beforehand. Ray Bourgeois was the manager that we played that game with as far as price goes, I figure the customer is going to get screwed anyway you slice it but he was pleasant and he " found " me the truck I wanted. Amy, the financial person was very nice and didn't try and sell me etched glass so that was a relief. There was a mix up with the paperwork due to Mark's inexperience but another manager Anthony took care of that. If Mark keeps his sales pitch laid back like it was for me he probably will do well, I sort of felt bad for him. I, like most people I know hate the whole process of buying a car, no matter how much you prepare for it you drive away feeling like you got screwed, and this was no different. I will say that most of the people I met there acted nice. Service is how I judge a dealership so we'll just have to wait and see. More
