He set up all the paperwork, etc. Todd Davis was very personable, knowledgeable, & helpful setting up our lease and doing the paperwork. A very friendly Amy helped us with motor vehichle registrations, plates, etc. Very lovely person. Due to State of Mass. motor vehicle snafus, we ended up with a nice rental for one day. The dealership did all the running for us as well as the inspection sticker. Their valet and service people are great. We look forward to a long relationship with them. Everyone at this dealership was smiling and friendly and attentive. Their waiting area is very nice and clean. Enjoyed the coffee, fruit and cookies. More

No Pressure= Great Experience! My wife and I had the best car buying experience of our lifetimes at Falmouth Toyota last week. The building and whole staff have produced an atmosph My wife and I had the best car buying experience of our lifetimes at Falmouth Toyota last week. The building and whole staff have produced an atmosphere of just trying to get the correct fit for a customer’s needs. Not once did anyone say to us TODAY!..... TODAY! … TODAY! Because if they had been that aggressive my wife would have given me the eye wink that says “Let’s get out of here now” . This is the same wink she had given me at three previous dealerships in the last two months. We went in with a 2004 Ford Escape that has seen better days, and left with a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Sienna that she, myself and my two daughters just love. She had never driven a Mini-Van and had reservations about them but when Ron our sales person brought the whole family for a test drive and she loved the secure feeling and driving experience. My girls 4 and 7 love the leg room and the all the gizmos that come with the van. I love the fact of it being a safe car for long rides like vacations and we can bring my daughters friends with us (seats 8) or other family members without having to use another car. When we returned to the dealership Ron gave us plenty of time to talk alone while the kids played in a really nice playroom they have set up there. We talked numbers and Ron and Ray the sales manager were very cordial, respectful and understanding of our financial situation and needs. They never pressured us with the old sales tactics of “You know you want this”, or the back and forth of “Just hold on let me talk to my manager again”..etc”. They simply helped us find a vehicle that fit our needs and did it with a genuine smile! Needless to say the numbers worked out and we left very happy and they gave my kids sticker books on top of all that! I would totally recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
