It is incredibly disheartening to experience theft, especially when it happens in a place where I expected professionalism and trust. To make matters worse, the service manager never reached out to address the issue directly, choosing instead to communicate through one of his service associates. This lack of accountability and personal responsibility from the manager only adds to the frustration and disappointment of being violated in a setting that should have been safe. More
