Haniel, who assisted me, was patient and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He extended his hospitality and never pressured me to consider other vehicles, respecting my choice. As a woman, I usually bring a male companion to dealerships, but Haniel made me feel so comfortable that I felt confident I could have come alone without being taken advantage of. He was very honest about a part they were waiting on and promised to keep me updated. Next, I met Ray, who also made me feel at ease about the process. Ray discussed the financing options with me and was willing to work to ensure I got the best rate and deal. He went over every single document before signing. His sense of humor and caring nature eased my nerves. Even when I came to pick up the car, he made sure to greet us and made us feel like it wasn't all about purchasing the car. Jonathan was also very helpful with the process. He greeted us before and after and went out of his way to congratulate me. My entire experience was wonderful—by far the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. I was in and out in less than three hours. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Driving from North Jersey was the best decision I made. More
