In previous iterations I was asked to initial a paper with all the various amounts. Note: Next time, make sure to ask for the itemized costs before going to see the finance department. The finance person was also very friendly & capable however I feel that he didn't go over the itemized costs as clearly as I would have liked. He did hand me a flash drive with all the finance documents on it. He also found a very good interest rate for a longer period than I received with my local bank so I was very pleased. The car was also supposed to be detailed however it looked like that wasn't done when I picked it up the next day. Overall, the purchase experience is what I expected and I am happy with the price and condition of the car. I bought a used 2019 Toyota 4Runner with approximately 78,000 miles. More
