I ordered a new TLX back in October and I was kept abreast of the production of the car I ordered all along the way. My salesman Rob was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the product. Tnhw negotiations were without drama as well. And when there was a gap in time from me turning in my Explorer and to when the TLX would arrive I was put in a brand new loaner RDX. I am a loyal customer to superior customer and service delivery, and when it comes to an exceptional service experience, Yvonne and the entire Jackson team delivers every time. This service in particular was a challenge as my car malfunctioned, and required a tow to the dealership. From the moment I spoke with Yvonne, she immediately called my fears about the severity of the situation, and as usual she remained in constant communication from diagnosis, solution, repair, and I would be remiss if I forgot my car wash and vacuum each time.
