He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the product. Tnhw negotiations were without drama as well. And when there was a gap in time from me turning in my Explorer and to when the TLX would arrive I was put in a brand new loaner RDX. All along the way this was a fantastic experience and I look forward to having the car serviced in the coming years. Thank you for a great transaction. More

I am a loyal customer to superior customer and service delivery, and when it comes to an exceptional service experience, Yvonne and the entire Jackson team delivers every time. This service in particular was a challenge as my car malfunctioned, and required a tow to the dealership. From the moment I spoke with Yvonne, she immediately called my fears about the severity of the situation, and as usual she remained in constant communication from diagnosis, solution, repair, and I would be remiss if I forgot my car wash and vacuum each time.
