Appointments are very useful! I showed up on time. Someone met me and got my information. They promised it would be a short visit. I was in and out in less than an hour and the I showed up on time. It wasn’t the absolute best offer, but his demeanor and the overall dealership experience was well worth it. Kelly (finance) was very personable and knowledgeable.
