I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years and it pains me to write this review. I have bought 6 cars and always service my car here. I don’t want to slam them because I don’t think it would and it pains me to write this review. I have bought 6 cars and always service my car here. I don’t want to slam them because I don’t think it would be that hard to get them back to the days when service was a lot better. You can’t make an appointment anymore! Oil changes take 2 to 2.5 hours. A small air leak takes 2 hours come on man! When I made appointments things were quick, people would make Starbucks runs and you would be out of there. But unfortunately I think those days are over. I told Patrick M before he went to BMW that I would stay until things changed for the worse. Well I am unfortunately at that point. It’s been a great run and I appreciate the good ole days. I hope Jackson can get back to those times. I have referred a lot of people there and I hope their experiences improve. More

An overall great dealership. First, they offer a great inventory of new cars as well as very competitive pricing. And, if you are a Costco member, they are the Acura dealers First, they offer a great inventory of new cars as well as very competitive pricing. And, if you are a Costco member, they are the Acura dealership for that program in the Atlanta area. Brings added benefits. My sales person was Reggie Hammond. He was beyond good. Knowledgeable, responsive, timely and just an all around great person. Absolutely the opposite of the car salesman sterotype. Showroom, service check-in area and customer lounge are clean, comfortable and quiet. Something about the facilities that are different - in a good way - from anyother dealership I have ever been too. More

We had a wonderful buying experience with Reggie and working with Lenore on warranty services. I did have an issue with my CarPlay capabilities which were quickly solved when I dropped in one morning working with Lenore on warranty services.
