They didn't take me seriously. On Monday, September 9, 2019 I called to get a price quote and dealer incentives on a new 2019/2020 NSX. The polite salesman said he would call me ba On Monday, September 9, 2019 I called to get a price quote and dealer incentives on a new 2019/2020 NSX. The polite salesman said he would call me back the next day. Three days later, still no call back. I went to the dealership and showed the salesperson my ample funds, enough to purchase a few NSX vehicles. I met with an extremely nice manager who treated me respectfully. After a brief discussion, the manager excused himself to "handle other business". I offered my phone number, but no call back occurred. In dismay, I left with my blank check and now 4 days later I'm no closer to ordering an NSX. I was ready, willing and able, but they never even tried to get my business. More

Refused To Sell A Lemon to The Best Dad Ever - My Story So I stop by on a Friday and discovered a 2008 Honda civic with 75K miles. It just landed as a trade in. So fresh, there wasn't a for sale label on t So I stop by on a Friday and discovered a 2008 Honda civic with 75K miles. It just landed as a trade in. So fresh, there wasn't a for sale label on the window. I asked to take it for a ride, All appeared fine and I made an offer, they accept and complete the paperwork. By the time we get to finance paperwork, the banks are closed so I have to return the next day. Saturday morning, as a backup plan, I visit Delta Credit Union. I got pre-approved with awesome terms, 2.9 vs. 9.9, the best deal the dealership can get me, which were good considering the age of the car at 10 years old and Gwinnett Place Honda management told me a similar aged vehicle and price led to 13% financing for a guy with a 780 score. So I visit the dealership with financing secured ready to pickup the car. Dmitry, the general sales manager and Reggie Hammond, the rep, helped the entire process. Dmitry informs me he cannot sell the car because it has an oil leak and the air condition is bad. Disappointed but also happy they refused to sell me a lemon, I asked if there was something else to consider. It was, but it was $4,000 beyond my original purchase plan. Dmitry discounted "significantly," enough to make it work for my daughter first car, a 2009 Honda Accord V6 EX-L package. A big step up from our original civic plans. My daughter finally was surprised and said it was exactly what she wanted. She is sooooooo happy, and I'm the best dad ever of course. Thanks so much Dmitry, Reggie and the team at Jackson Acura. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the car as well as how the transaction should go. I wish there were more Reggies in the world to work with when you’re making I huge decision in your life such as getting a new car. He is a rockstar. Kelly was great as well. She was very professional and patient while explaining our warranty options as well as the pricing. Just a fantastic team, very professional, knowledgeable and patient.
