We stopped in and ended up walking out with a beautiful 2019 Acura MDX. Great experience, good deal and we love the car. Reggie and Jackson has a high focus on delivering a great customer experience and we’re straight forward and above board when negotiating. Based on this experience alone, we very well may be Acura converts for life. Update - Unfortunately, things have unraveled a bit. Service we were told was so good to add the options that were part of our negotiated price has been really poor. We’ve spent days with multiple trips to the dealership to have options added and fix a taillight. First trip it took 2 days to discover no work was done. Took it back to discover taillight was not ordered and to have the wrong bumper protected (2 hours wasted) and still no return phone call from our sales rep to resolve. More
