I brought in a Ferrari 488 GTB I recently purchased for a state inspection and along with that they performed a fifth year inspection and oil change that I didn't realize was due. Not having any experience with Ferrari ever before I was surprised how easy they made purchasing a new Ferrari. The sales people were very professional and knowledgeable. Purchased and traded several cars from Boardwalk Ferrari. Love the experience. My last purchase was 2022 F8 Spider waited for less than two years and truly love the car. I recently purchased and Aston Martin and worked with Jeffrey Reid Miller. He had the service department perform and oil change upon purchase and shared I could have the vehicle serviced in the future a Jeffrey Reid Miller. He had the service department perform and oil change upon purchase and shared I could have the vehicle serviced in the future at this location. After trying to schedule an oil change and service I was now told a year later they could not service the vehicle. Generally, I am very disappointed, but specifically believe this was intentionally misleading to sell the vehicle. Would avoid these shady practices and felt compelled to share with others. Buyers beware! More
