My primary point of contact at Sport Mazda South in Orlando, Florida, was Carlos Burgos, and I want to highlight the exceptional professionalism he demonstrated throughout the process. Mr. Burgos's hon Orlando, Florida, was Carlos Burgos, and I want to highlight the exceptional professionalism he demonstrated throughout the process. Mr. Burgos's honesty and sincerity engendered a level of trust I have rarely experienced when buying an automobile. From the beginning, I made it clear that due to an upcoming assignment at a Florida air base, I would not be able to visit the dealership in person. Carlos understood my situation, thanked me for my service, and reassured me that he would answer all my questions regarding the 2025 Mazda CX-5. When I requested detailed photos of both the exterior and interior of the 2025 Mazda CX 5, he provided them promptly. The images were clear, thorough, and accurately reflected the vehicle’s condition. It was obvious from the photos that the previous owner had taken excellent care of the car. All original books and documentation were included, which further reinforced the vehicle’s quality. The financing process was handled flawlessly. Every step was explained clearly, and there were no surprises or delays. Communication was consistent, and Carlos ensured I had all the information I needed to move forward confidently. Because of my upcoming assignment, I also needed the dealership to handle all tag, title, and tax paperwork. Sport Mazda took care of everything, providing all documentation via email without a single issue arising. This level of administrative support made the process stress-free and allowed me to focus on preparing for my transfer. Given my time constraints, the dealership went a step further: Carlos personally delivered the 2025 Mazda CX 5 directly to my residence. The vehicle arrived exactly as described, clean, fully prepared, and ready to drive. This gesture demonstrated a level of customer service that goes beyond what most dealerships offer. He also spent time showing all the features and how to operate them since this was my first opportunity to own a Mazda. Overall, my experience with Sport Mazda and Carlos Burgos was outstanding. The communication was clear, the process was efficient, all promises made were honored, and the customer service was exceptional. I would strongly recommend Sport Mazda Orlando to anyone seeking a smooth, professional, and trustworthy car buying experience. More

I left with every feature I could want in a car and more. Gil approached me and helped me through the entire process. We discussed pricing and necessary requirements needed to get a vehicle. I came back the next day with check in hand. Ready to say yes to the key. He managed to get me an even lower rate than before. Such a gentlemen. Such a delight to be around and work with. This is my first big purchase as a newly graduate. And I left Mazda today with a bigger smile than I thought possible. Thank you so much Gil. You were amazing from start to finish. More
