Worth the 2 hour drive! I can't give enough praise to Crews Subaru and their entire staff for the "most" pleasant car buying transaction I have ever had (and there have been I can't give enough praise to Crews Subaru and their entire staff for the "most" pleasant car buying transaction I have ever had (and there have been many). I live in Savannah but decided to look farther afield due to poor ratings of the local dealership here. I thoroughly researched online and found a certified pre-owned Outback Limited that I was interested in at Crews. From my initial contact with Tracie to my meeting with Subaru Specialist Rhett Crull, I was impressed with the dealership's professionalism and integrity. At no time did I ever feel pressured or haggled. The transaction was smooth and completely transparent. Rhett even delivered the car to me in Savannah and thoroughly reviewed all the operational details. I have already recommended Crews to friends, And most importantly, the dealership is dog friendly! My golden retriever basked in the attention of the entire staff and came away with his own doggie gift bag. Now that's what I call great customer service. More

Excellent Experience After a long day of car shopping and seeing nothing that was jumping out at me, I decided to swing by Crews Subaru to look at the STIs. While I knew t After a long day of car shopping and seeing nothing that was jumping out at me, I decided to swing by Crews Subaru to look at the STIs. While I knew they were well out of my budget I just wanted to look at something to pick my mood up. Just like every dealership a salesman walked up, but this was different. I had been listening to pitches all day and it was nice to be treated like a human and not a customer. Rhett was extremely helpful and listened to what I was looking for in a car, which was a 2dr sports coupe with low miles. He knew his inventory and took me directly to an Infiniti G37 on the lot. It never felt like he was pushing me to buy a car, it felt like 2 people enjoying a gorgeous car. He printed out a car fax and showed me maintenance records for the car. I left to continue my shopping for a few hours. Doing a bit of research and price checking the car against similar cars. At no point did Rhett ask for my number to hassle me. He simply gave me his card and told me to call him if I needed anything. After a couple more hours of shopping. I ended up back to speak with Rhett on buying the Infiniti. The financing process was easy as the car was very reasonably priced. Rhett was amazing to work with. I was congratulated by everyone present and it felt like a genuine experience. They were fantastic to hold the car for me until I had my down payment funds made accessible as well as worked with my work schedule for picking up the car. All in all it was a fantastic experience and highly recommend Crews Subaru and Rhett Crull as a salesman. More

I wanted a safe, small SUV, that would be easy for my work travel (great on gas and fit all my luggage), with leather seats so I can take my dog around and obviously a comfortable vehicle to get from point A to point B. They listened to my wants and needs and didn't go off that path. I'm thankful for them and Subaru of Charleston. It will be hard to purchase somewhere else after my buying experience there. More

My 4th Subaru Purchase I just purchased my 4th Subaru (my 2nd from Crews). With both purchases, we worked with Rhett Crull. Rhett absolutely goes above and beyond not only d I just purchased my 4th Subaru (my 2nd from Crews). With both purchases, we worked with Rhett Crull. Rhett absolutely goes above and beyond not only during the purchasing process, but also after (requests for accessories, how to program, etc.). I have had maintenance done on all of my vehicles at the dealership as well. The service staff is very knowledgeable, and never pushy. The prices are very competitive, and often cheaper. They also wash the car with each servicing, which is a nice bonus. With each of my purchases, the service staff was happy to assist by discussing records of service problems with various models to ensure I was making the best choice. I think from a business model standpoint, Crews has it exactly right- the employees are well-compensated and do not rely on commissions, which makes the buying experience much more pleasant. They are also incredibly dog and family-friendly...and who doesn't love that? Unfortunately for Crews, I won't be seeing them for another vehicle purchase for quite sometime since I just bought 2 and my last lasted 10 years with nothing more than routine maintenance. However, when the time comes, I will absolutely give them my business again. To recap: Crews has exceptional service, amazing staff, and the best product for safety, value, and reliability. More

Never felt like we were dealing with a typical salesman and was NEVER pressured into anything we didn't want. We visited Subaru after doing a lot of research on our own, but Rhett made us feel even more confident about our decision. Worked with us over several weeks without any pressured phone calls. When we purchase our next Subaru, we won't be working with anyone else but Rhett. Subaru is lucky to have him. More

Upon my research, I found Consumer Reports rated the Subaru highly in all categories. In addition, my parents own an Outback and my cousin owns two Foresters. They love their vehicles. My Dad said, "You will love your Subaru. It is a great car.". Upon my test drive, Crosstrek was "the one for me". I will have to say the experience of purchasing my 2018 Crosstrek at Crews Subaru was both fun and professional. Rhett Crull, Josh Stringer, and Pam Baker made the process most enjoyable. They really know their product and are assets to Crews Subaru! It was like buying from family. There need be no question as to from whom and where I will purchase my next vehicle. More

I knew I wanted a newer model and had been searching onl My first contact with Crews Subaru was to bring in my older Forrester for service and repair. I knew I wanted a newer model and had been searching online. I made an appointment with Tracie Mason over the phone and the process from start to finish was great. I have nothing but good things to say about Crews Subaru as a dealership, my first contact with Tracie who then introduced me to Rhett Crull who guided me through the decision making process, and Pam Baker who helped me through the finance process, usually the most stressful part of buying a car. I new I wanted to upgrade and had picked a new Forrester online. Rhett greeted me with a smile. His name suits him well, aka Rhett Butler, charming, delightful to work with, no pressure sales, knowledgeable about the cars and available inventory, and suggesting an Outback that was available that had all the features on my wish list and more. Have to say, I immediately fell in love with the car after the test drive. A good product sells itself; a good "salesperson" helps the buyer make the right decision. I bought a 2018 Outback with all the trimmings and don't regret it one bit. I usually drive cars a long time and wanted one that would last many years and provide me with safety, security, and the Subaru reputation that is well earned. I don't understand why folks spend thousands more on those "luxury" cars that are very costly to drive and maintain. I wake up everyday to my Wilderness Green Outback and the commute to work/home makes it all worth it. I am an outdoorsy person and animal lover and Subaru definitely has the hold on those markets. The Saturday I bought my car, there was a promotion going on and I had the fun experience of meeting Ken French, whom I had coincidentally attended and graduated with from USC. It was a great day in what has been a stressful year. And, some nice gentleman brought me "sweet tea" a southern staple. Can't ask for more than that. And, there is the "coolest" sink in the ladies room! I notice things like that. And, Pam Baker has the most gorgeous vintage diamond ring that I would have probably bought had it been for sell:) Pam was great, We really hit if off. She put me at ease and helped me with financing. Got me a better deal than I had researched. Great team! Hope to see you all in the not too distant future. It's just a fun place to be! More

Rhett Rules! From the beginning to the end this was my favorite car buying experience. I have bought through Hummer (please keep that between us,) Audi, Range Rove From the beginning to the end this was my favorite car buying experience. I have bought through Hummer (please keep that between us,) Audi, Range Rover, Carmax and enough others to have a good baseline of customer service. Rhett was my specialist and was flexible, genuinely polite, and met me halfway on all concerns. He was also in the military, so he has that polished clean cut look and is a very clear communicator. Rhett went at my pace and never overwhelmed me, I can’t say enough good things about him! He knows what he is doing and was just overall fun to be around, which really took my stress away. Linda Breedlove and Rhett are awesome! They don’t try and upsell or waste time, meaning they listen to what you are saying. They enjoy their product because they understand it’s not just a car, it’s a culture! A+++++ Lifelong Subaru Buyer! More
