Rhett Rules! From the beginning to the end this was my favorite car buying experience. I have bought through Hummer (please keep that between us,) Audi, Range Rove From the beginning to the end this was my favorite car buying experience. I have bought through Hummer (please keep that between us,) Audi, Range Rover, Carmax and enough others to have a good baseline of customer service. Rhett was my specialist and was flexible, genuinely polite, and met me halfway on all concerns. He was also in the military, so he has that polished clean cut look and is a very clear communicator. Rhett went at my pace and never overwhelmed me, I can’t say enough good things about him! He knows what he is doing and was just overall fun to be around, which really took my stress away. Linda Breedlove and Rhett are awesome! They don’t try and upsell or waste time, meaning they listen to what you are saying. They enjoy their product because they understand it’s not just a car, it’s a culture! A+++++ Lifelong Subaru Buyer! More

Great car buying experience!! We were planning on purchasing an Outback, but were undecided whether or not to go with the 2017 or 2018. Our salesman, Rhett Crull, really helped us We were planning on purchasing an Outback, but were undecided whether or not to go with the 2017 or 2018. Our salesman, Rhett Crull, really helped us to understand the differences between them, and during a great test drive, demonstrated all of the awesome features of the 2018. He is so knowledgeable! Although we felt no pressure to buy, we loved the car and decided to purchase. It was late in the day, but our loan paperwork was processed quickly and we were able to drive the car home that evening! The whole experience was professional. We are grateful to Rhett, Josh, and Pam for making the process so efficient and painless!! More

He walked me through the different vehicles and gave me one to test drive. Rhett Crull took over the second visit and was equally as good. Very informed on the product and did not push me to buy. 10 out of 10 for both Rhett and Jerry. I will recommend them and your dealership! More

Another awesome experience at "The Subie Store"! Wow, so many to praise...I'll start with the Service Ctr: Doug definitely left me feeling like my 2010 Forester was going to be well taken care of and Wow, so many to praise...I'll start with the Service Ctr: Doug definitely left me feeling like my 2010 Forester was going to be well taken care of and it was. I returned a week later for something I was only curious about and Matt just went above and beyond in addressing that (kudos also to Thomas on the Mx floor). Now, on to Sales: Josh and Millet...bottom line, if you don't already have your favorites in Sales definitely see them. They represent the brand and the dealership with the highest marks in my opinion. Miss Linda led us right to our newest Forester online and Miss Pam helped us drive it away! First Time Subaru! While wandering the lot over Memorial Day 2017, Rhett approached us. We explained why we were there, which was just to look for a replacement for a 2 While wandering the lot over Memorial Day 2017, Rhett approached us. We explained why we were there, which was just to look for a replacement for a 2006 Chevy HHR, which, coincidentally, was next door at Crews Chevrolet getting serviced. We really were in "information gathering" mode and not looking hard to buy. He patiently explained the difference between the Forester and the Outback to us and then urged me to take a test drive of the Forester. I was reluctant, but gave it a go. I have to say, the car basically sold itself! Rhett explained the myriad details that make a Subaru a Subaru and really had me put the car through its paces. When we got back to the dealership, I decided to just try the Outback on for "size." Whoops....love at 2nd sight? So, we decided to move from information gathering to solid dollars and cents. While Rhett was working on some numbers for us, we received a phone call about our Chevy; it was basically put on life support. Not wanting to put $1,000+ into a car I knew we wouldn't be keeping very long, we decided, right then and there, to take the plunge on the 2017 Subaru Outback (including all the bells and whistles). At no time was Rhett pushy or overbearing. He was attuned to our situation and gave us space to hash it all out. We was supportive and reassuring. Al Pasquino (the paper/financing dude) was also super helpful and professional. That was probably the quickest, most efficient car-buying experience we ever had. Rhett took the time to get my Android synced with my new car. He also got me scheduled for my first service visit. He made sure I had his cell phone number, and he told me to call if I had questions about anything. That impressed me. Time will tell about the Service Department, but we're expecting nothing but excellence there as well. More
