EVERYONE My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Crews Subaru. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the dealership. EVERYONE was friendly and very knowledgeable. From the minute we stepped out the car to driving off the lot, we were treated like family. Our sales associate, Rhett Crull, went above and beyond. Kevin Madeo and Josh helped us seal the deal. When we left the dealership, they welcomed us to the Subaru family. I didn't know that I would actually consider them "family." This new "family" of ours came to the rescue when a friend of ours needed assistance the most. Mark, a marine and business man, left important documents in his car at the service center. OOPS! With one phone call to Kevin Madeo, Mark was able to get to his car after hours (10:30pm!), and get what was needed. A HUGE thank you to our new friends and family. More

Great Car Buying Experience Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of features I wanted. I was drawn to the amount of safety features that Subaru offers for a reasonable price. I test drove a Crosstrek first with Rhett first and then took about 2 weeks to decide what model and specs that I wanted. After attempting to find a vehicle in the color that I wanted originally through another dealership, I decided to go with one that Rhett had to offer for almost the same price with even more features! The team were very thorough and helpful through the whole process and took care of almost everything! Pam handled the financing which was very smooth and easy to understand. Best car shopping experience! I am one of those people that will tell you how much I hate to buy a car simply for the reason that other dealerships have made it so grueling in the I am one of those people that will tell you how much I hate to buy a car simply for the reason that other dealerships have made it so grueling in the past. We went in knowing we wanted a Subaru, just didn't know whether we wanted a Forester or an Outback until we could compare them side-by-side. Rhett made the entire process so easy and answered questions we didn't even know we had. Once we decided on the Outback, it was time to work out a price. The usual back and forth between sales and us that I expected just did not happen. We were given a reasonable deal on both the new purchase and our trade without having to fight hard for either. I would highly recommend them. More

Unfortunately, that vehicle was involved in an accident and had to be replaced. I've consistently said that I never want to drive anything other than a Subaru so we headed back to Crews. Rhett showed us the new Outbacks but also pulled up a Carfax report and all the details for a used vehicle. He didn't pressure us one way or the other and gave us plenty of time to explore both options. Because Subarus have such a high trade-in value, and the high valuation from our insurance on the wrecked car, we felt that was wiser to go with the new model. I called Rhett to tell him of our decision and he had the new car back to be cleaned and had pulled the paperwork before we even returned to the dealership. Josh handled our financing with no problems at all (0%APR!) and the sales manager came by to introduce himself. We'd always had a good experience with the Service Department and fully expect that to continue. It's a great dealership selling a great car! More

He diligently sought out a nice used vehicle in our price range and then got us approved and signing the docs only an hour later. All in all it was the shortest amount of time spent in a dealership yet! I refer everyone I know to Crews but specifically Rhett. More
