Best dealership I have ever bought from! Crews Subaru is the best buying experience I have ever had in buying a car! Rhett was great!! I was never pressured and everyone was SO nice and patient with me! the whole process went smoothly and it didn't take ALL day like most car buying does! I experienced the BEST customer service of any dealership I have ever been to. I love Crews Subaru also because all the interest they take in animals and our environment! I am so glad that they take such an interest in these things! They are very important to me too and that is another reason why I chose Subaru as my next vehicle. I even brought my dog in when I bought my car and she got almost more attention than me! She got a bandanna and lots of treats! We bought our first Outback Really appreciate the attention we were giving when we looked at the Outback. We decided to look at Outback when the tv advertised the 0% interest at the end of 2018. We went a couple of times and they even gave us an offer on our trade in. Then, we decided to wait until closer to March. They were very friendly. Rhett filled in for Trey when Trey was out of the office. Very friendly and helpful. We put in our preference for the green Outback. We did buy the Outback on Valentine's day. My husband and I had a problem with the bike rack we bought. I brought the rack back to the dealer and Trey and the Parts guy helped me put it together. More

Professional, patient and transparent Recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from Crews Subaru of Charleston. Rhett Crull was our sales person. Neither my wife nor I enjoy the car buying process. My wife really finds it anxiety provoking. Rhett did an amazing job creating more relaxed experience. He was very patient with her, answering questions, providing insights without any typical high pressure tactics. As we were shopping other options, Rhett was neither intrusive or bothersome. Though if I had any questions, he responded promptly. The negotiations, closing process were transparent with no surprises. Finance manager also was very professional, respectful and transparent. The entire environment at Crews Subaru was very pleasant, comfortable, while also being professional and efficient. AMAZING Customer Service My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Crews Subaru. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the dealership. EVERYONE My husband and I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Crews Subaru. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the dealership. EVERYONE was friendly and very knowledgeable. From the minute we stepped out the car to driving off the lot, we were treated like family. Our sales associate, Rhett Crull, went above and beyond. Kevin Madeo and Josh helped us seal the deal. When we left the dealership, they welcomed us to the Subaru family. I didn't know that I would actually consider them "family." This new "family" of ours came to the rescue when a friend of ours needed assistance the most. Mark, a marine and business man, left important documents in his car at the service center. OOPS! With one phone call to Kevin Madeo, Mark was able to get to his car after hours (10:30pm!), and get what was needed. A HUGE thank you to our new friends and family. More

Great Car Buying Experience Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of Came in for a new Subaru Crosstrek. I had already done my own personal research in what exactly I was looking for in my next vehicle and what kind of features I wanted. I was drawn to the amount of safety features that Subaru offers for a reasonable price. I test drove a Crosstrek first with Rhett first and then took about 2 weeks to decide what model and specs that I wanted. After attempting to find a vehicle in the color that I wanted originally through another dealership, I decided to go with one that Rhett had to offer for almost the same price with even more features! The team were very thorough and helpful through the whole process and took care of almost everything! Pam handled the financing which was very smooth and easy to understand.
