I had completely forgotten that two and a half years ago when I needed a new battery for my car I had signed up for a lifetime replacement. But since I had purchased my battery there when I knew I ought to when I needed a new battery for my car I had signed up for a lifetime replacement. But since I had purchased my battery there when I knew I ought to have it checked I went back. They check the battery had time to put in a new one, even though I didn't have an appointment. So I waited for my battery to be replaced when they came out with the paperwork the lady said Good news you got a free battery. She explained to me that I had gotten a lifetime replacement. I told her I said I had totally forgotten she said and we're here to remind you. That was incredible. I told her I said well I'll be back in about 2 and 1/2 years when I need another battery. I thanked her very much. Great day! More

The problem was not resolved because the wrong part was sent. The original part was on back order. The people I dealt with did their best to resolve the problem and hopefully the next time I am called th sent. The original part was on back order. The Phillips service center was very accommodating for my emergency needs.
