Got the Red Car 🚗 I wanted I drove a rental Ford Fusion and came in knowing what I wanted. We pulled onto the lot and was supposed to meet with Connor, who was assisting another customer. Not to worry - Gary was immediately at our side to start the process. Gary and Connor both listened to what we wanted as well as what our budget was. From the first time we entered the showroom and each time after, we were greeted warmly by Rhonda. Connor and Gary worked hard to see that we were pleased with our purchase and, as much as we hate the car buying experience, they made it almost fun. When we all came to an agreement, Brian was ready with the paperwork and answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. We are truly happy with our whole experience at Tri-State Ford and will be where we shop for any future Ford. More

He worked well with us and was patient with all of my questions. Rhonda made sure we had everything we needed as we waited through the process of purchase. Brian Humphrey did a fantastic job explaining all the paperwork and was extremely patient with my questions, as well. Overall, we could not have had a better experience.
