Tim Boggs with finance was exceptionally easy to talk with and he was very helpful in explaining all of the different finance options and extended warranty. Many promises made, few kept-but they do listen and respond! My truck broke down while traveling through Amarillo and I had to purchase a new truck. Tri-State found me a suitable vehicle at another dealership a My truck broke down while traveling through Amarillo and I had to purchase a new truck. Tri-State found me a suitable vehicle at another dealership and we negotiated acceptable terms of purchase. The dealership made numerous representations about the vehicle which were inaccurate. They also made promises about the services they would provide before the sale, but once the papers were signed, they dropped the ball. They did not even perform the customary inspection and oil change on the vehicle, instead relying on the dealer who originally offered this truck for sale. I was under pressure to get back on the road, but I had some very specific requirements for the vehicle I would purchase. Tri-State Ford promised to complete all of the work needed, but dragged their feet when it came to performance. In fact, the salesman, Ephraim Arden, didn't even show up on the day the day the vehicle was delivered to me - even though the work was incomplete. This dealership seemed to be very friendly and accommodating at first, but soon became more concerned with how much money they would make than how satisfied their customer would be. After all, I live 500 miles away so they knew that they would never see me again. They did not hesitate to lie to me to make the sale and get rid of me. After writing this review the general manager, John Justice, contacted me to address my concerns. Once he understood the reasons for my dissatisfaction, he followed up with the employees involved with my transaction and got me the information I needed. He even offered to send me a check to help defer the cost of my unresolved issues. This unexpected generosity has convinced me that Tri-State Ford is committed to serving their customers - even after the sale, and even with an out-of-state customer. I'm starting to like my new truck now! More

I needed a new Expedition, so I went back to Tri-State since my previous experience was so good. My 2nd purchase experience was just as great as the first (maybe even better). Gary Salter found the exact 2018 Expedition MAX I wanted, and gave me a great deal very quickly so I could get back on the road. Rhonda, the receptionist, was very friendly and professional, and she helped me with the return of the rental car return. And Tim Boggs finished the finance items very quickly and efficiently as well. Overall, I've had several great buying experiences at Tri-State Ford, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
