We were buying the same model of car we purchased previously but they still encouraged us to take the car for the test drive even though sale was already finalized. Offered extras but not pushy at all. They even suggested having our old 2005 car go through the mechanic bay just for the rust scanning so we could plan for how long it would be safe to keep using our older car. Thank you for pleasant, amazingly skilled work by Bobby, Rich, Omar, Patrycja, Mike, Frank, Eddie. They applied for our license plate and sent us VIN# so we could request insurance coverage before ever hitting the door. This is the 4th car we have purchased from this dealership. We get service done here because never pushed to do things not needed immediately but informed so we can plan for future maintenance. Wish we were neighbors, we would invite them over! More

Those who make that argument have never bought a car at Toyota of Naperville, which features a sales department that is best defined and characterized by its staff of product specialists who work very hard acquiring and applying their vast and intricate knowledge of Toyota products in order to better serve their customers. Among the best of that outstanding team of product specialist is Rich Ponulak. Rich knows his product. He knows how to deal with people. He knows how to work in his customers’ interests in all that he does. Maybe most of all, Rich is a great guy. Though I had never met him before I started my car search, I have come to regard Rich as an advocate and a friend. I genuinely enjoy his company and know that, when I am dealing with him, I am dealing with a man who is honest, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever he can to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. I love my new RAV4 Hybrid, a vehicle I decided to buy after considering, and driving, many cars, including four different Toyota products. There was one other product from another manufacturer that I would have enjoyed as much, but, when the chips were down and it was time to make a decision, it was the way that Rich and the team at Toyota of Naperville treated me and the process that carried the day. A great product from a wonderful dealership and a terrific salesperson who cares about me, the customer, made the RAV4 my choice of vehicles. The others I dealt with at Toyota of Naperville, Tim O’Connell, the sales manager, Dave Racine in accessories, and Karl Berner, my finance manager, were all stars on a great team, but Rich was simply the best. I felt that he worked hard to get us the best deal he could. I give Richard 5 stars. The only reason I only chose 4 stars was because we felt our car was not rated correctly. We took good care of the Nissan we drove and felt it should have been rated very good instead of good. You might not think that would make much difference, but to us, we fill $2,000 does make a big difference. We’ve had the car a couple of days now and are loving it. I hope Richard knows how much easier he made the car buying experience for us. He truly was wonderful to work with. More
