I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

A fun time. Believe it or not. 31/2 hours checked the massive inventory on hand. Found what we wanted. Amazing Experience, Again. I have leased twice through Klaben Ford and always worked with the same salesman, Danny Sawyer. However, after many years he moved on to his dream job I have leased twice through Klaben Ford and always worked with the same salesman, Danny Sawyer. However, after many years he moved on to his dream job and left me wondering how I would make it through a 3rd round of finding a vehicle that suited my needs.... Reluctant at first to get a new salesman, Chris Volk turned out to be the most amazing person to work with me through this scary process. I am always afraid of car shopping and trying to figure out what I have to do, constantly worrying something would go wrong... but Chris made this simple and sweet. He helped me find exactly what I wanted along with the new sales manager James. They would wonderful and supportive. I was trying to get out of the leasing cycle I had been stuck in and they both supported my decision to buy a brand new 2017 Ford Escape. It was really a delightful and lovely experience start to finish. I never felt any pressure to make a decision on something I wasn't 100% sure about. They answered all of my questions and frequently stopped to make sure I understood what was happening. I'm sure I asked a million questions but they never made me feel incompetent or insecure. What a wonderful team! Jennifer in financing is a delight. She helped me make the best decisions for my situation and always was smiling the whole time. She is extremely quick and never has made any errors with any of the 3 vehicles I have had. Jennifer is amazeballs and I wouldn't want anyone else taking my money. Klaben truly treats everyone with respect and the utmost dignity. You are never pressured or made to feel less than a top priority. They treat everyone like family. Couldn't ask for a better team or experience. Thank you! More
