I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Expectations exceeded John Coco listened to what I wanted, then found the best vehicles for me to choose from. No one tried to 'bait and switch ' or talk me into something more than I wanted or could afford, which I experienced with other dealerships. I had almost an hour drive that was well worth it. I have already referred Klaben to both family and friends. I too will be back when I need another vehicle. More

The best ever dealer experience! This is my second truck lease in the last three years. My daughter just recently started her second Jeep lease in the last three years. I originally went to this dealership because of their past reputation that I heard from numerous clients of The Klaben Auto Group over the past years including my parents and my brother. They are the most professional, honest dealership I have ever had contact with in my entire history of buying or leasing vehicles. Their employees are the friendliest most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever dealt with in any business. My sales person Justin Bolen works very hard at trying to determine what vehicle you like, want and need. No pressure. He is there to help and if he cant then he is there for you in the future if and when your ready to move forward with a new purchase. He doesn't want to sell you something you don't need! He also is very honest as are the management staff during the pricing and financing process. The service department is just as good. They take care of you like your family! Making klaben great as always Joe Hilliard at the service garage is more than enough reason to have everyone buy a vehicle at the Klaben Chrysler dealership. We have purchased m Joe Hilliard at the service garage is more than enough reason to have everyone buy a vehicle at the Klaben Chrysler dealership. We have purchased more than 20 vehicles from klaben, due to our jobs. Joe has treated everyone of them like we bought our forever car & like it was a Porsche or Lamborghini We called last minute on friday 4/26/19 with a vehicle emergency. Had to get vehicle towed in at 3 pm was suppose to leave for north carolina at that same time. Joe and the tech stayed after when they should of been going home and made sure our vehicle was right so we could be on the road as quick as possible, Joe and the tech didnt have to stay and do this for us. they could of made us wait until saturday morning for it to be finished. i do not know the techs name but kudos to them both. More
