I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

LOVE MY CAR I contacted Klaben because I was in the market for my first car and had a lot of criteria I wanted in it. My parents ONLY buy cars from Klaben and had I contacted Klaben because I was in the market for my first car and had a lot of criteria I wanted in it. When I told Tim what I wanted, he found a car at another dealership in less than 24 hours that had everything I was looking for and MORE.
