I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

LOVE MY CAR I contacted Klaben because I was in the market for my first car and had a lot of criteria I wanted in it. My parents ONLY buy cars from Klaben and had I contacted Klaben because I was in the market for my first car and had a lot of criteria I wanted in it. When I told Tim what I wanted, he found a car at another dealership in less than 24 hours that had everything I was looking for and MORE. No one tried to 'bait and switch ' or talk me into something more than I wanted or could afford, which I experienced with other dealerships. I had almost an hour drive that was well worth it. The best ever dealer experience! This is my second truck lease in the last three years. My daughter just recently started her second Jeep lease in the last three years. I originally went to this dealership because of their past reputation that I heard from numerous clients of The Klaben Auto Group over the past years including my parents and my brother. They are the most professional, honest dealership I have ever had contact with in my entire history of buying or leasing vehicles. Their employees are the friendliest most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever dealt with in any business. My sales person Justin Bolen works very hard at trying to determine what vehicle you like, want and need. No pressure. He is there to help and if he cant then he is there for you in the future if and when your ready to move forward with a new purchase. He doesn't want to sell you something you don't need! He also is very honest as are the management staff during the pricing and financing process. The service department is just as good. They take care of you like your family!
