Amazing Customer Service I purchased a car from Klaben in March of 2017. In January of 2018 I was involved in a bad car crash that left my vehicle totaled. Unfortunately, I was left with a lot of negative equity after insurance and no idea how I was going to acquire a new car. Klaben worked diligently to find me a vehicle that would fit my budget and made sure that my children and I were safe. I have been a loyal customer to Klaben for over 20 years. There is no doubt that klaben will be my only source for vehicles for the next 20. Everyone I worked with from my salesman, Carl, finance manager, Brian, sales manager, Steve, all the way up to Rich Klaben, spent the time to work with me and help me in every way.
