I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Amazing Customer Service I purchased a car from Klaben in March of 2017. In January of 2018 I was involved in a bad car crash that left my vehicle totaled. Unfortunately, I wa I purchased a car from Klaben in March of 2017. In January of 2018 I was involved in a bad car crash that left my vehicle totaled. Unfortunately, I was left with a lot of negative equity after insurance and no idea how I was going to acquire a new car. Klaben worked diligently to find me a vehicle that would fit my budget and made sure that my children and I were safe. I have been a loyal customer to Klaben for over 20 years. There is no doubt that klaben will be my only source for vehicles for the next 20. Everyone I worked with from my salesman, Carl, finance manager, Brian, sales manager, Steve, all the way up to Rich Klaben, spent the time to work with me and help me in every way. Their care and concern for the customer was both calming and reassuring. I am extremely grateful for all their hard work to assist a single mother in her time of need. More

We returned a few days later, for the more in-depth training, that our late arrival to Klaben didn't allow. For a simple mind like mine, this training was necessary. We feel good about this dealership and may purchase another car from them in the future. More

Battery replacement I took my Jeep into Klaben Jeep to have my dead battery replaced. My battery was under warranty as I replaced it last year. First of all they had no t I took my Jeep into Klaben Jeep to have my dead battery replaced. My battery was under warranty as I replaced it last year. First of all they had no there that could check my battery and I had to leave my Jeep overnight. They did get me a loaner for the night. I told them I had guess coming in from out of state and that I needed my car ASAP. The next morning after they opened (7:00 AM) I called at 8:30 AM to see if they got my battery in my car. No. They finally called. me at 9:40 saying my car if finished. I asked about my warranty . He said being I bought my battery last year they take off 1 year of warranty, so I now have 2 full years of my warranty. I don't know if they thing all women are stupid or not, but assure you I am not. I told they I will not let this go. The 3 year warranty is 3 years. It wasn't my fault they put a defective battery in my Jeep. This is the second time that they have tried to cheat me as they tried to pull a shady practice on me when I had my Lincoln in there as well. I will go further up the food chain about trying to cheat me twice. Now I can't go any further because the service button won't work. I guess that is one way not to get a poor rating. More

I bought my new 2017 Cherokee from Klaben and just st I expected...an awesome experience. Thanks to Brian in F&I and Mr Klaben and Chuck the manager for the great deal. I’ll be back. More

I did but Pryor I did not and always took it there for service and they treated me like I did they are always customer first! More

disappointed spent four days calling back and fourth to make a deal to get my payment where I needed it 1:30 pm on 8/18/2017 was going to pick up the jeep at 9:30 spent four days calling back and fourth to make a deal to get my payment where I needed it 1:30 pm on 8/18/2017 was going to pick up the jeep at 9:30 am the next day 8/19/2017. well 2 hours later on 8/18/2017 I get a call bad news the jeep sold to someone else. now I cant believe the finance manager didn't catch this two deals at the same time on the same vehicle. no apology at all. update as of 12:40 pm 8/19/2017 the vehicle that they said sold to someone else is still listed for sale. More
