I have gone to other dealerships and auto repair shops in the past, and they have always been very shady. I was expecting more of the same when I brought my truck to Klaben for servicing, but they proved my theory about dealerships wrong with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Both the employees and management will go the extra mile to explain things in detail and honor their price estimates. I finally found a dealership that I can trust, and I will always go to Klaben for future auto repair. Kim was very polite, gave detailed explanations and even offered to give me a ride somewhere while I waited for my truck. In the process of having the running boards installed I decided to get rubber floor mats as a finishing touch on the truck. The parts department was very inviting and awesome to work with. We shared great talk about the Browns, and the overall experience was effortless in this department as well. Joe Hilliard is and has been one of the reasons I take my vehicles there to be serviced. Our Chrysler 200 recently was in an accident and was a total loss.
