Did you ever go to a dealer where the service is so high that you’re left speechless??? Toyota is not just a dealership and I can’t say this enough!!! It’s a team of the most diverse people! Every single personality is different and they work so excellent together! I just bought a 16 RAV a few days ago and ended up not liking it. I just wasn’t happy myself with it. I fell in love with the 19 RAV Premium! It’s a gorgeous vehicle. Safety Everything, luxury everything, and the drive is so smooth! The 16 is completely different from the 19! I highly recommend stepping up! I walked in feeling down and unhappy but also nervous to bother any of the men and women at Toyota about this. I thought to myself, I’m being picky as heck, but still not happy with it. I walked in and spoke to Nick Vieira again. Nick is young but don’t let this take you back at all. I recommend you ask for him and see for yourself. I have dealt with over 60 salesmen of all ages and Nick is more knowledgeable about cars than all of them and his professional manners are top notch! I told Nick my concerns and he assured me everything is going to work out and that I need to be truly happy. As I waited Nick even gave me his own money to get a drink. I refused but Nick didn’t accept. He kept me company as I waited. If something needed to be done he got it done. Andrew, he has a passion for his job, he is extremely knowledgeable and honest, he worked extremely hard to get this done for me. He made it a top priority. I couldn’t thank him enough. Kevin is like the triple H of Toyota, he’s the muscle that gets things done quickly in used sales and Rich, he helped me organize my payments so that I can live completely stress free from this vehicle for the next 7 years. He couldn’t be anymore helpful than he was. (Toyota does offer bumper to bumper for 7 years for a couple of dollars extra per month). They were such an amazing team. They felt more like family. Thank you guys for everything you have done for us! We love this RAV! More
