positively overwhelming after my initial uneasiness about committing to the appointment, it was best decision ever. It was a terrific experience from the time my husband I parked our 2005 Highlander. We didn't expect to get a great deal, extra care and consideration of our time and comfort. everyone we met was polite and friendly. (I don't remember the name of the lady I online 'chatted' with though.) (Also don't remember GeorgeZepherin--but my husband may have talked with him at some point. Most of all we really didn't expect to leave with our 'new' used car. best choice ever. More
