Right away, I felt like she treated me with professionalism and she was very friendly and courteous. She even assured me that this visit would not be like my last one and so I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. She helped me schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. Once I came in, I was introduced to Tom in Sales and immediately within a few minutes I felt pretty confident his whole intent was to help me get the car I wanted. He was fantastic and a blessing to work with, and then from there it just got better! Both Jenna and Rich in Finance were amazing!! To be honest, if you would have told me I’d be driving home in my new Subaru that same day, I would have laughed in disbelief! I really have to say, Toyota of Scranton made me feel like I was part of their family before I even was! You guys exceeded my expectations and I’m truly thankful to you all! I love my new car! ??
