I asked Mike for a quote on a particular vehicle and he responded with a very fair number. After some easy and pleasant negotiation, we settled on a price that worked for both of us. When I arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase I met Mike, who introduced me to Charles Johnson - the salesman who would help me with the transaction itself. Charles was incredibly nice and very helpful and accommodating. I never felt pressured or rushed, and Charles did an excellent job explaining all of the functions of the vehicle to me. I drove my new vehicle home after a refreshingly quick transaction and I would highly recommend Hartford Toyota to anyone looking to buy a great car from honest people at a good price. More

Fabulous sales experience The Hartford Toyota team set a new standard for responsiveness. I registered with a pricing request web site for a Prius Prime Advanced and two (2!!) The Hartford Toyota team set a new standard for responsiveness. I registered with a pricing request web site for a Prius Prime Advanced and two (2!!) minutes later (according to the time stamps on the emails), Dakota Pare contacted me to tell me that Hartford Toyota had the vehicle that I wanted. She followed up with pictures of the vehicle within an hour. About 90 minutes later, I emailed and asked her if she would arrange an appointment that evening to see the vehicle. She was going off duty, but rallied a great team effort to make sure that I could see the car. Half an hour later, I was at the dealership. Jill Bruno met me and handed us off to Muhamed, who took us out in the vehicle. He quickly identified that the vehicle we came in to see was not quite what we wanted and he took us to the storage lot and found a car that was perfect. About an hour later, we had negotiated a deal and arranged to pick up the car at a time convenient for us. The Hartford Toyota approach was absolutely seamless from first contact to sale. I dealt with about six dealerships in this process. Four other dealerships were responsive and helpful, but could not match the efficiency of Hartford Toyota. The remaining dealership was the one that I had contacted first, from whom I had bought a car in the past, but they had trouble telling me what vehicles they had in stock and finally emailed me to tell me that I would need to fund a $500 deposit before they would find me a vehicle. That email was sent on the morning after I had already purchased the car from Hartford Toyota. I am very grateful to Muhamed and Dakota for being so efficient with my time and so flexible to meet my schedule. Plus, they have followed up after the sale to make sure all is well. All in all, a great sales experience. More

Making dreams come true! We had to replace my husbands car after he was hit on the highway totaling his car. We of course were not expecting another car payment for a few years as my car (2015 Toyota Highlander) was new and his was just a few years older. After many painful dealership experiences and trying out what felt like every mid-sized SUV ever made we ended up back at Toyota to test drive the Rav-4. After meeting with Gabriel Ortiz and taking one out on a test drive, and coming back to sit in a few more it just wasn't what we wanted. We loved our Highlander and after expressing that to Gabriel he was able to talk with Rich Jr. and they made it happen! They made the entire process easy and took what felt like an impossible situation and turned it around, now we have His and Hers Highlanders lol! I also service my 2015 Toyota here and Bo in the service department is amazing! Looking forward to many years of happiness! More

Best car dealer I've ever gone to! I bought a Prius Prime yesterday from Dave. He and the entire superstore staff were incredible. Buying my 2017 4Runner TRD PRO Upon deciding to purchase a TRD Pro 4Runner, I made an internet inquiry at Hartford Toyota and within minutes received a response from Tina. This was Upon deciding to purchase a TRD Pro 4Runner, I made an internet inquiry at Hartford Toyota and within minutes received a response from Tina. This was back in August of 2016. Then I made a visit to the dealership and was assigned a salesman and proceeded to place an order for the 4Runner. By that time, Toyota was not accepting any new orders for the 2016 model, so I placed a deposit on a 2017, with an expectation to receive the vehicle in November 2016. The General Manager, Jim, then told me it would probably be more like the end of December or early January. Much to all our surprise, the 4Runner was delivered on March 1st. , I knew that the dealership was as disappointed as I was about the timeliness of the delivery. The Sales Manager, Rich, was contacting Toyota regularly to gather as much information as he could. Corporate Toyota seems to be very tight lipped. Once the acknowledgement was received from Toyota, everything else went like clockwork. I considered rating the dealership as "Good", but I really believe that they too were at the mercy of Corporate Toyota in their wait, and demonstrated empathy throughout the process. Everyone there was helpful, courteous and respectful. The dealership helped me out in the end by installing some options on the vehicle which definitely help soften the blow of the wait to get my hands on my TRD, which by the way, was worth the wait!! After all was said and done, and like a good novel, the person that originally contacted me after my inquiry (Tina) contacted me again to make sure all went well and that I was happy. More
