We are certain there must have been an oversight regarding the coolant level and will be using this example to further train our teams on double checking their work and making better attempts to keep customers in the loop when there are delays. The thing that was most upsetting was that my vehicle was in their possession for five days five full days. During this time, I was not contacted ONCE to reassure me that everything was going OK. The only reason that that car was there was for its yearly servicing. How IS it … that my car could be there for five days servicing for the sole purpose of checking the fluids, etc, and yet the fact that I had almost ZERO coolant…..,be MISSED? What I’m wondering right NOW is, was my car even really looked at AT ALL????

I appreciate that, but I took it to a friend who owns a shop and they checked the fluids. No I really didn’t want this because it’s not a Mercedes dealership. I’m really glad that you can use this to train your personnel. The reason why I was so upset was that I was on my way to a funeral in the middle of nowhere when that coolant level issue showed up on the screen. I appreciate the apology we’ll see what happens the next time I come in thank you for your time in replying.
