Richard was very rude and I found he had no personal relationship skills, I understand he is a car salesman ,but the way he spoke and rushed and did everything, I didn't get the car I wanted forced int relationship skills, I understand he is a car salesman ,but the way he spoke and rushed and did everything, I didn't get the car I wanted forced into high monthly payments, gave me anxiety and stress I CRIED, yes I could of walked out. But a 60$ Uber ride up there, and when I asked about other cars not a 20,000$ car I know I would struggle to pay for he and others there said thisbw as THE ONLY car on the lot I got approved for although there was cheaper cars ,I'm not going to NOT refer people because my experience, I want them to be able to make their own judgment calls and decisions for themselves , I feel I was taken advantage of. Wasn't human and bullied into buying something. I explicitly remember telling him i had 600 for car AND insurance... I have a 600$ car payment and a 200$ insurance, I am not impressed. I hear a lot of good things, ibwishbibhad good things to say More

The price that we saw the car posted for the car was not the price that the car was being sold for. The price that was posted was with incentives that were not listed and that we did not qualify for. We e the price that the car was being sold for. The price that was posted was with incentives that were not listed and that we did not qualify for. We ended up with the price we originally went to buy the car for but after some hassles and getting ready to leave without buying the car. Our sales person Richard was more focus on accommodating his schedule and his needs than ours. Scott the sales manager over heard our over whelming dissatisfaction when we were picking up the car and came right over to us. He gave us a satisfactory solution to the situation. More

I truly was not as satisfied with Merchants as I was hoping I would be! I thought the amount of pushing that occurred during our time looking for a vehicle was very unprofessional. We were made to feel hoping I would be! I thought the amount of pushing that occurred during our time looking for a vehicle was very unprofessional. We were made to feel like we had no choice to go with the vehicle we did, and it was over our budget that we reminded him about several times. Not only was there issues with the car within an hour of us taking it home, but they weren't in a rush to get it fixed, but as soon as it was called several times to get the loaner car back. They were aware of my work hours from the beginning and with me getting out of work at 6 pm just about every day it'd be difficult to get it back before 6 pm. I did my best and wasn't able to get there until the next day at 5:45, & was called again a few times while I was at work where they know I'm not able to use my cell phone. Overall I think they're too pushy & care more about what's going in their pocket then what we're spending from ours, hard earned money & your family's safety. Very disappointed and once we're finished paying off this car we will absolutely not be returning here for our next family vehicle or for my fiances car next month when he's ready to buy. The entire situation and the way we were talked to/treated when we ATTEMPTED to return the vehicle, well within the proper return time, has rubbed me the wayyy wrong way! I will not be recommending!!
