I traded and got a new car for the first time in decades. I found that alone to be stressful, however Rick and David were direct and moved at a quick pace to get me in and out. Rick & Kevin were amazing David not. Almost walked away from the deal b/c of David. Putting a used car customer ahead of me when we had decided on an appt time was horrible. Kevin did everything in his power to bridge my displeasure in the situation. We waited a very long long time to do the financials. We didn't end up getting out till after 5pm & the service dept was closed & couldn't make the appt there for the addional products to be put on the onyx. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle & feel I was made to feel like i was 2nd class by David. The fun exciting experience of buying a new vehicle became diminished. Maybe if I had been a male the situation wouldn't have happened. More
