Experience buying a car Tommy and I are very pleased with the way our purchasing a new Chevy Traverse was handled on 7-16-2015. It was all good! It was easy and Rick, Zetta Tommy and I are very pleased with the way our purchasing a new Chevy Traverse was handled on 7-16-2015. It was all good! It was easy and Rick, Zetta, and JD were all very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was NO dickering and no games of which we aren't interested in and we feel like everyone was honest and above board about the whole thing. In all, it was a good experience and we would buy from Palm Chevrolet again and have already referred a friend. We are grateful for the discounts we got, especially the Military one. Makes my husband proud to have served. I am in love with my new car and we will be back to get instructions on all the buttons and how everything works! LOL. Good Sales women (Zetta) We wanted a Kia Sedona and made e-mail contact with Rick. The day we could test drive was Rick's day off so he asked Zetta helped us with Test Drives We wanted a Kia Sedona and made e-mail contact with Rick. The day we could test drive was Rick's day off so he asked Zetta helped us with Test Drives which she did cheerfully and with great patience. When we couldn't work out a deal on the first Kia we tested, the manager (didn't catch his name) said he had another one for us to try. Since we had driven from Daytona Beach to Ocala; we reluctantly said ok. Zetta again patiently and cheerfully rode with us for the test drive. We were very happy with the way the Kia performed and ultimately did purchase it. More

From his first email contact to our last hand shake, it was nothing but a great experience buying a car from Palm Chevrolet. Rick went above what it takes to sale a car. Not only did he get me the best deal possible, he put a smile on my kids faces too. Vehicle's will come and go, but sales men with integrity like Rick Osborne are hard to find. All the people we made contact with at Palm were so nice and helpful. I will defiantly go back to them for a vehicle in the future, and would recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to give Palm Chevrolet a try, and ask for Rick Osborne. More
