Several major maintenance service repairs Came in for maintenance service repairs. The service advisor Keon Tobin among with other staff members (cashiers/ car loaners) are wonderful. Keon walked me though and explain what needed to be done and would work according to consumer’s financial situation and he could tell me certain things could wait until the next service to be done and therefore there is some breathing room for my wallet and I can prep for the next time. The manager Mel, staff and sales rep are wonderful, courteous and professional. They make sure the customers needs have been met and I can say that I’ve been treated very well and appreciate it. Friday it was diagnosed to have a failed fuel pump and control module. Having purchased the extended repair warranty, Ricky handled the claim and I received my vehicle back with a zero payment balance. It was Ricky who had explained the coverages and advantages of having the extended repair warranty. It has been a great peace of mind purchase not having to worry about unexpected expenses. More
