Car towed in for starting issue After my 2014 BMW was towed in Thursday afternoon my go to service advisor, Ricky Catalan, called me immediately to get the details of the problem. F After my 2014 BMW was towed in Thursday afternoon my go to service advisor, Ricky Catalan, called me immediately to get the details of the problem. Friday it was diagnosed to have a failed fuel pump and control module. Having purchased the extended repair warranty, Ricky handled the claim and I received my vehicle back with a zero payment balance. It was Ricky who had explained the coverages and advantages of having the extended repair warranty. It has been a great peace of mind purchase not having to worry about unexpected expenses. More

Benn has always looked out for me and is patient with me. When I returned to look around and get some advice on what to do, Benn was out away and the manager was going to have someone else help me. I said I'll wait for "My Salesman". He has been with me trough the good and the not so good. I am pleased with my selection and how I was treated in the finance office. They sold me what I wanted and not what they thought I needed. I look forward to many more years of service from the best. More

Check up I am a first time BMW owner. BMW of Catonsville took the time to show me all the features of my car and how to use them! They are very professional an I am a first time BMW owner. He answered all of my questions, helped me to understand the process and assured me that the car I was purchasing was a good value. I am also please with his followup and how he took time to return calls and to interface with the service department on my behalf. In Service Jamie and Ricky were also helpful in helping set up a loaner for me as I needed to bring the car in after the sale for some touch up work. More

Ralph, Larry and Ricky are the best. It's a no brainer. If you are treated well, or treated badly, you want to spread the word. I have probably touched every department within the dealership from service to financing to sales to customer support and follow-up. I am 100% satisfied in all my experiences with this dealership. The sales group interaction with Joe Rivera could not be better. His dedication to keeping me informed on the new technology as well as what is being offered as a CPO, keeps me wanting to buy additional cars. The service department interaction with my service writer, Ricky, gives me that personal touch knowing that he is like a doctor with *knowledge* of my cars, what was done with them in the past, and how that relates to the current service requirement. I have proudly recommended the dealership to family members and will continue to do so. More
