My salesman, Frank Bleers, has been extremely patient with me. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He made sure everything with my deal was handled promptly and that I understood all of the new options on my vehicle and how to operate them. Great customer service! I went to multiple places a few days ago and out of all the places Don was the only one that came out to talk to me even in cold and windy weather. I I went to multiple places a few days ago and out of all the places Don was the only one that came out to talk to me even in cold and windy weather. I then went back to him today to get a car. I told him what i was looking for and the 1st car he showed me was a perfect one for me! All the staff was really great! Don, Joe, Ricky, Tony and Devin were really great people and worked with me to get the car that I wanted! Great work to all the staff there! Dedicated to customers! I came in on a Saturday at 5pm, was just planning on looking not buying because I knew they closed at 6pm, Don, greeted me and my husband, I told him I came in on a Saturday at 5pm, was just planning on looking not buying because I knew they closed at 6pm, Don, greeted me and my husband, I told him what I was interned in, did a test drive, loved it but knew they were closing and I felt bad so I was going to come back, Don said don’t worry about time, to make a long story short I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the help and dedication to some awesome employees who stayed 2hour after the places closed! Me and my husband have been gaining to Anderson for the last 14 years we have bought 5 vehicles including my daughter one, never have they disappointed us! Very Happy Customer I had the best experience with my purchase! I was looking for a vehicle that I could drive back and forth on my long commute to work. I had no idea I had the best experience with my purchase! I was looking for a vehicle that I could drive back and forth on my long commute to work. I had no idea what I wanted. Once I drove the 2019 Toyota Camry XSE, I was in love! I had great service with my salesman Eric Siekierski. He worked closely with the Sales Manager, Andy Brouer, to get me the best deal. This was my first car ever purchased at Christmas time and I was very excited to show up for delivery to find a big red bow and green and red balloons on my car. I even brought a Santa suit for my salesman Eric to wear for a picture with my new car and gladly participated. Thanks also to Tony Signorella for his discussion on financing and warranties. They went out of their way to find me a Super Corolla! I've done a lot of business with this place, buying a few various used cars and sending in other people to buy new ones. Usually stopping in to drool I've done a lot of business with this place, buying a few various used cars and sending in other people to buy new ones. Usually stopping in to drool at the new Toyota Yarii or whatever random stuff gets traded in while eating a cookie or something. But today I got to finally buy a new vehicle here, a bright blue Toyota Corolla XSE hatchback that I absolutely adore. First and foremost, Chris Beto is the man. Not just in this situation, but other times I've been there as well Chris always keeps things real and doesn't give me any stupid typical salesman BS which is why I keep going back. He's a genuine good dude. Thank you Chris. Ben Bleed in finance is also a no nonsense guy when it comes to getting stuff done. He's done many loans for me and tries to do what he can to get me a lower rate. Thanks Ben! I know on this specific deal there was also someone else involved and I'm sorry but I don't remember their name. I want to also thank Ricky Stout for going out of his way to making sure they found the perfect car for what I wanted (yes I know I'm picky... sorry!) and Bob for being fair with my trade ins as well as our previous interactions buying some of my cars and looking at the auction specials in the back row. Finally, a thank you to Ryan Corey for working with me and being more than fair with the servicing of my various vehicles. I appreciate you making sure things are done correctly to my extremely high levels of scrutiny on my cars. At any rate, if you're looking for a new or used Toyota or Lexus go talk to Chris.
