Absolutely great service and great service representative. i drive 35 miles from a town that has both a GMC and Chev dealer. I would not buy so much as cat food from either ever again. Took my Cadillac xxx for service for the rear TPMS sensors not working. They couldn't figure out how to "relearn" the system so they told me I would have to replace all four sensors - at a cost of nea sensors not working. They couldn't figure out how to "relearn" the system so they told me I would have to replace all four sensors - at a cost of nearly $1900.00! The local Discount Tire store replaced two sensors and reset the system just fine for just under $133.00. Either Moore's service department tried to rob me OR they simply didn't want to mess with my car and priced it out of range. Either way, I'll never go back. More

Great customer service as always! Dakota greeted me and recognized that I had a new vehicle. Oil change and mud flap istallation completed while I waited. I was in and out fast.
