I love my Honda! I have been car shopping for a while now, and walking into Sullivan Honda was instantly a relief! Everyone is calm and willing to help when needed. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. I never felt pressured or like I needed to leave after speaking with anyone ( like I had at all the other dealerships). I have to say a huge thank you to Dave P. and Rob for finding the best car for me and quickly getting me into a new car and on the road! If I could rate this better than 5 stars I would! My Sullivan Experience. I'm quite picky when it comes to cars, dealerships, pricing and service. Like a lot of buyers, I see salesman as backstabbers who just want smile and I'm quite picky when it comes to cars, dealerships, pricing and service. Like a lot of buyers, I see salesman as backstabbers who just want smile and talk their way into your wallet. My experience at Sullivan started with Wes, real nice guy who got me to the dealer to see the car I was interested in (used Subaru Impreza. Very professional for internet sales, highly recommend chatting with him if you have any questions but dont want to make the trip From there I met with Jacob, easily the best salesman I have ever dealt with, couldnt of provided a better experience for me. Made you feel very comfortable and was polite about everything, went the extra mile for me. Like I stated, I am very meticulous when it comes to spending big money, and then I spoke with Rob, the manager. I took up quite a bit of his time with every question and tid bit I had. He was more than helpful as well, like Wes and Jacob I felt he was truthful and sincere with me. (Hard things to find in salesman). Their was a few hiccups along the way, but nothing these gentleman did, I highly recommend going down to Sullivan if you see something you like. I drove an hour to do business here, to me its worth it to have peace of mind on your big investment. I got my Subaru 3 months ago, I waited a bit to write a review, still going strong. Thanks again! More
