I believe in setting the tone, leading from the front, and creating an environment where both our team and our customers win. We focus on doing the little things right—fast responses, clear communication, and a no-excuses mentality. Our mission is to deliver an experience that stands out, earns your trust, and keeps you coming back. Outside of the dealership, I’m someone who believes in living life to the fullest. I’m lighthearted, always looking for a reason to laugh, and I bring that same energy into everything I do. If it involves sunshine, warm weather, boating, or motorcycles—I’m in. That mindset carries over into how I lead and how we take care of our customers: positive, driven, and all-in every single day.

These guys are awesome. Best car buying experience Ive experienced in my 35 years of purchasing vehicles. Thats a bold statement in this current 2022 sellers' market where d Best car buying experience Ive experienced in my 35 years of purchasing vehicles. Thats a bold statement in this current 2022 sellers' market where dealerships can take advantage of buyers. That's NOT the case at Youngers Nissan of Frederick. I think that Brent, Frank, and Paige make the best trio in the business. I will be buying all my future vehicles from this dealership moving forward. My only regret is not using them sooner on previous vehicle purchases. Don't make that same mistake so I fully recommend you call them for all your new and used vehicle needs and you won't be disappointed. More
