We came into the dealership from Northern Virginia in search of a specific used vehicle found online. When we arrived, we were first met by Logan and then after looking at the car, Rob. The whole transaction felt like a stereotypical used car dealership interaction. I expressed wanting the car to have a pre-purchase inspection through a private establishment. When talking to me, it was a "good idea" but then I found out that either Rob or Logan reached out to my son behind my back via text, stating it was not necessary as it was already Maryland State inspected! The reason we were not sure is because my son was getting texts from both Rob and Logan from the same number. We had the car re-inspected to find faulty brakes. Even though my paperwork said calipers, needed to be replaced, Rob assured me that was not the case. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as my son liked the car. It was offered that the car was delivered to me if I wire-transferred the money. I did not feel comfortable with that regarding the feel we received and interactions had (saying a video would be sent / not calling back / etc). At one point, Rob even wanted my son to add him and/or Logan to SnapChat to see the video (my son is only a week into being 18 and was not comfortable with that). We decided on the car! Found out the exact amount (which we had to ask multiple times then listen to Rob yell across the dealership to Paige while we were on the phone rather than putting us on hold or transferring) and went in with a cashier's check from the bank. When we arrived, we were not offered to look at the car for the repairs but to "talk finances." The amount given was higher than what we were told! My son pointed out we were doing Virginia tags and not Maryland. Logan finally came back with the originally quoted price but I was reminded that they "fixed the brakes for me." I asked to speak to the General Manager (Steve) but was given Rob again. I said I wanted to speak with Steve, the General Manager, not Rob, the Sales Manager. Logan told me I did not need to be rude to which I pointed out I was just doing my research. In talking to Steve, he told me multiple times how he was part owner, in the business for 40 years, that the dealership had the highest ratings, etc. My son felt he was talking down to me. He also went on how certified checks could be fake and how it is impossible to lower processing fees (it is actually not "fraud" as it has been done many times). We went to look at the car and once we saw some issues again that we inquired about the first time, multiplied by the lack of care in selling a car and the way I was talked down to, we decided to walk away. This dealership may be wonderful for a new car purchase but for a used car, it feels like their time is being wasted. Would not recommend. More

Not pressured into buying my used car. I wanted to test drive the vehicle and that was no problem at all. I was not force to make a decision that day, which I did not make that day. I took a day or two to decide if I wanted to spend that much money. Very pleased with everyone at the dealership. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with my decision and giving me space to think before buying; that meant a great deal to me. Thanks to Steve, Rob and Paige. Good People. More

Highly recommend younger Nissan! ! They have sold me my 3rd car so far and i am beyond happy with it! Jim was very helpful with the process of selecting my next car, always there for ! Paige did an amazing job making it possible to get the car within my price range ran multiple different ways to make sure I understood and was not left with any of my questions unanswered. Carl also did a spectacular job at making my car look brand new! It's a used car but he buffed out a scratch I was concerned about and still left the car looking BRAND NEW!! Joey and Rob Also helped a great bit with my decision, just a bunch of awesome people! Again, I highly recommend Younger Nissan of Frederick for any of your new or used car needs! More

Rob is the most disingenuous person I’ve worked with. He does not hold true to his word, he’s shady and manipulative. Rob bold face lied on a commitment and then blamed his incompetence on another. The professionalism of the dealer is outstanding. Paige was my financial assistant, she was very honest and sensitive about my financing goals and my must haves for added protection to my new rogue i Paige was my financial assistant, she was very honest and sensitive about my financing goals and my must haves for added protection to my new rogue investment. Jay was very thorough with any questions I had about features equipped in my vehicle and made sure before I left the dealership that I didn’t have any questions and that I completely understood how to properly use all my features in my vehicle.
