Scheduling an appointment took about 20-25 minutes to verify parts were available for my recall. Then the day before appointment get a call my parts hadent arrived. When scheduled she had parts in stock verify parts were available for my recall. Then the day before appointment get a call my parts hadent arrived. When scheduled she had parts in stock set aside for me. Either way now a huge deal but could be to the right person. More

The first person I spoke to was quite condescending and insisted I had to leave my car overnight or longer because it would take several hours to find the problem. I don’t remember his name but right ne insisted I had to leave my car overnight or longer because it would take several hours to find the problem. I don’t remember his name but right next to him at the service desk was Kevin who spoke up and said he would help me right away. The battery was replaced and I was on my way home in less than 2 hours. Sending my thanks and appreciation to Kevin!!! More
