So wonderful I went in emergently after having an issue with my 2015 sonata. I was warmly greeted by Niki at the door and had the most wonderful experience with he I went in emergently after having an issue with my 2015 sonata. I was warmly greeted by Niki at the door and had the most wonderful experience with her. Niki listened patiently to my issues with my old car as well as my needs with my new car and worked tirelessly to show me options for a new vehicle while at the same time coordinating my trade in with the service department and the trade in department. Ian in service was great at getting my old car in to be looked at in a timely manner, and took the extra step to check in on me throughout the day. Niki did her best to show me multiple options in my price range and with all the features I needed. She was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer every question I had. After picking just the right car, I was taken to Falysha in the finance department who was very thorough in explaining all of the paperwork and helping me get through the rest of the day in a timely manner. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision and I am completely content with my purchase. My family and I have been coming to this dealership for years and will continue to remain loyal customers. The entire team provided excellent customer service throughout and everyone worked their hardest to ensure my happiness.
