I just purchased a vehicle from Ferman BMW in Palm Harbor through Robert, and he was a pleasure to deal with. It took me a while to decide on the right vehicle, and Robert was very patient. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of BMWs, and he took a lot of time to explain the numerous questions I had over the months it took me to decide. It’s a big decision to purchase an expensive car like this, and you need someone like Robert who isn’t pushy and also doesn’t try to upsell you on extras that you don’t need or want. I would highly recommend him to anyone, including my own family and friends. More
